2. Does not have to be “beautiful”.

3. Must be a Rhode Island Resident.

4. Title winner to host any official Spirit Finders function.

5. Must be Present at the next
Ms. Paranormal Rhode Island Pageant
to pass the crown.

  2. Talent Portion
  (Example: Sing, Dance, Horror scene acting,
    or your unique but clean talent.)

  3. Best Scream

Contestants are requested to post a short video on YouTube under the title of Ms_Paranormal_RI.
Videos to be posted by 9/30/08. Four finalists will be chosen and will need to be present for the pageant.
